Michael Pocisk has been a Realtor for the past six years, operating in both the Upstate of SC (Greenville and Spartanburg) and the mountain region of NC around Asheville. Over the last few years, he has focused extensively on specializing in Short-Term Rentals (STR) and has gained experience in numerous small destination towns in Western NC. Before transitioning to a real estate career, Michael worked for several larger regional banks in the southeast, including BB&T, Ally, and Roundpoint, where he managed Mortgage Servicing Default Operations. His primary objective during those years was to prevent homeowners from facing foreclosure, a mission he continues by helping them find the homes they love. In his leisure time, Michael indulges in golf, skiing, and traveling. Additionally, he actively manages two short-term rental properties in NC.
